He said the concept embraced the expanded use of data in corporate health and wellbeing management which has been transformed into a rigorous data and insights-drive activity, he said.

However, he said it wasn’t big data that people wanted. “It’s meaningful data and that’s slightly different,” he said.

But he said organisations needed to work towards an individualised process. “There is no one employee journey and no one work life balance, because at different stages of our careers our needs for commitment is quite different. I prefer to talk about work life integration,” he said.

He said organisations needed to measure what they are doing. “It does make sense to always keep an eye on the impact of what we are doing,” he said. The company has created a health dashboard for its clients that includes a link between performance and health data which he said was showing exciting results in its preliminary stages.

“There is a new spectrum developing. We want to cross reference datasets,” he said.

This video tutorial was recorded at the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress 2017 which took place on 22 June.
