REBA Global Reward Directors' Forum 2016

By sharing ideas, solutions and projects, global reward directors were able to ‘crowdsource’ clever solutions, support and inspiration during this forum.

“What I would like from this event is tips from others that have gone through the pain – and an opportunity to chat to and network with peers in global reward.”

Global reward: What works and what doesn't

This event brought together 50 global reward directors to discuss and share how they are tackling global reward and benefits challenges.

“Compliance in different countries is an issue too, so it would be very interesting to hear about what challenges others have”

By sharing ideas, solutions and projects, global reward directors were able to ‘crowdsource’ clever solutions, support and inspiration during this forum.

This conference set out to help global reward directors exchange solutions. It was a round table participation event with some short speaker sessions, three relevant small group discussions and a Chatham House (off-the-record, vendor-free) discussion.
