This event brought together 50 global reward directors to discuss and share how they are tackling global reward and benefits challenges.

By sharing ideas, solutions and projects, global reward directors were able to ‘crowdsource’ clever solutions, support and inspiration during this forum.
This conference set out to help global reward directors exchange solutions. It was a round table participation event with some short speaker sessions, three relevant small group discussions and a Chatham House (off-the-record, vendor-free) discussion.
