As the leading professional networking community for reward, benefits and wellbeing practitioners, REBA supports its members by making their working lives easier, saving them time, money and effort through the sharing of experience, ideas, data and insight with each other. Helping members to stay one step ahead, REBA’s cutting-edge thinking keeps them updated on what’s coming down the line, as well as the latest disruptive technologies and market solutions, so they can pursue best practice, increase professionalism in the industry and prepare for upcoming changes.

Debi O’Donovan, director at REBA and chair of the Advisory Board, said: “During this time of tremendous change, it’s more important than ever that we come together as a community to share knowledge and experiences, and challenge our thinking so that we can create innovative reward and benefits strategies that better and more fully support employees.”

“In creating this year’s Board, we are excited to bring together a fantastic group of industry leaders and experts who will feed into our thinking and help shape REBA’s market-leading research and events portfolio.”
