So, how does a governance committee work in practice? Rona Train, partner at Hymans Robertson, was delighted to welcome Dave Roberts, head of pensions, benefits and wellbeing at Virgin Media, for a short video interview into how their pension governance committee works and how it adds value for the members of the Virgin Media Plan.
