Managing absenteeism in today's workplace

As the summer exodus draws to a close and staff return to work refreshed and remotivated after their holidays it's a good time for organisations to reconsider how they can reduce absence due to ill health and improve the health and wellbeing of their employees.

  • The average level of employee absence has increased from 6.6 to 6.9 days per employee
