“I'd love to hear what Professor Lynda Gratton has to say on wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.

“Her research and insights will make me better informed and enable me to be more articulate when presenting my board with a case for further investment in wellbeing.”

Lynda authored the seminal book on the ageing workforce ‘The 100 year Life’ and during the keynote session she will be sharing insights from her next project which looks at the value of organisations’ intangible assets including wellbeing and culture.

Longer career lifecycles mean wellbeing is vital

She will discuss why organisations need to think differently about career lifecycles to transform their structure and culture and secure the long-term survival of their businesses.

She will share how employers can support individuals’ need to think differently about their vitality, skills, social networks and personal transformation to meet changing workplace needs, as well as look as how government, employers and employees need to connect to drive the success of wellbeing strategies and support transformation

At London Business School she directs ‘Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies’ – considered the world’s leading programme on human resources.
