REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards to ignite conversations about workplace wellness

With REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards 2020 just a few days away we have been putting together one of the most interesting parts of the afternoon – our sharing success sessions.

Awards ceremonies offer such a fantastic opportunity to network and share ideas with like-minded employers, that we couldn’t pass up the chance to have some dedicated discussions about wellbeing.

Time and again we speak to REBA Members who tell us that learning from their peers in other companies, sectors and regions, helps them to formulate their own strategies. And so being able to facilitate these conversations around best practice is a real privilege.

During the course of the afternoon two sets of workshops will run. The first offers delegates the opportunity to join a round table group that focuses on a wellbeing challenge that most interests them – be it related to mental, physical, social, financial or overall wellbeing strategy. The second session provides attendees with the chance to discuss the future wellbeing challenges facing HR, benefits and reward practitioners.

In addition to our workshop sessions is the judges feedback panel, where attendees can gain real insight into how the judges made their final decisions. And, of course, there will be the awards giving ceremony itself.

We cannot wait to welcome all of our finalists on 5 March to share ideas, celebrate successes and to ignite the wellbeing conversation.

We wish all of our finalists the best of luck!
