Survey: What does wellbeing at your organisation look like?

For the second year REBA tracks the progress of wellbeing strategies in the UK – but we need your help. Please take 15 minutes to tell us.

Take part in our 2017 survey

Following REBA’s hugely successful 2016 survey on Employee Wellbeing, we are once again tracking the progress of wellbeing strategies in the UK.

Over 200 leading employers took part last year making it the largest corporate wellbeing survey in the UK and this is your chance to be a part of it.

With your help, we will provide in-depth data and insight showing the development and implementation of employee health and wellbeing strategies across the UK.

This comprehensive report will cover financial, emotional and physical wellbeing and offer detailed coverage of:

  • Health and wellbeing initiatives and incentives
  • Analysis of wellbeing budgets and spending per employee
  • Employee wellbeing metrics and corporate reporting
  • Training and guidance for line managers to help promote good health
  • Evaluating the impact of health and wellbeing strategies
  • Views on current legislation surrounding employee wellbeing
  • Changes to the work behaviors and the working environment
  • Future plans, priorities and spending projections

This is vital information to benchmark your activity, identify priorities and justify expenditure.

All participants will receive a free, advance copy of the complete report early next year.

Any information you provide will be added to anonymised data sets and will not be attributed to your organisation.

It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and the closing date for the survey is Wednesday 30 November.
