Thought Leaders: Professor Lynda Gratton on the impact of change on employer/employee relationships

Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, discusses how, if change is the new constant, the employer/employee relationship is impacted.

Gratton believes that “we’re in a period of extraordinary change and transformation,” much bigger even than the change to work experienced during the industrial revolution. But what does this mean for organisations and individuals?

“Organisations have to be adaptive and resilient but so to do individuals, and that’s why the intangible assets – productivity, vitality, transformational change – becomes so much part of what each one of us has to be very good at,” she says.

Lynda Gratton will be speaking on transformation, resilience and survival at the Third Annual Employee Wellbeing Congress on 5 July 2018.

The Employee Wellbeing Congress 2018 is now fully booked, but if you haven’t reserved a place you can joining the waiting list.
