Video: Dr Shaun Davis of Royal Mail on their key wellbeing learnings from the pandemic

“It’s really reinforced to us how amazing our people are, how resilient our people are, how committed they are to delivering a really good quality product, be they on the frontline or in support services,” explains Dr Davis. “That sense of camaraderie and teamwork is something that has held us all together and moving forward there will be more organisational resilience.”

Dr Davis goes on to talk about the interventions they have put in place to support employees during this time, from ensuring that they create COVID-secure workplaces, through to stepping up the role of wellbeing ambassadors and the use of their employee assistance programme.

Dr Davis is on the Advisory Board of the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress, which is formed of 17 leading industry practitioners and experts. Their collective experience and input has helped REBA to shape the Employee Wellbeing Congress.

Join the REBA community every Wednesday between 9 to 30 September for the virtual Employee Wellbeing Congress. Take a look at the full programme and register to attend.
