REBA Future Forum 2022

Is the event for me?

The REBA Future Forum 2022 is exclusively for HR, benefits, reward and wellbeing practitioners with strategic and purchasing responsibility in organisations of 250+ UK-based staff, including REBA Members (employers).

Is the event in-person or will it be hybrid/virtual?

The event will be in-person only, taking place at one of the prestigious etc venues, 155 Bishopsgate in London on the 24th November 2022. There is no live streaming or digital event programme planned for the day, however there will be some bonus digital content available exclusively for those who attend.

Is the event complimentary to attend?

Yes, if you are a HR, benefits, reward and wellbeing practitioner with strategic and purchasing responsibility in an organisation of 250+ UK-based staff, then we can’t wait to welcome you! To secure your complimentary place you will need to enter a unique discount code on the last page of the registration process.

What time does the event start?

The event doors will open to delegates from 08:15 on the 24th November 2022. However, if you have been invited to  the “Invitation-only breakfast workshop with Peppy”, please arrive in time for it to start at 08:15.

The conference opening session begins promptly at 09:30.

How do I register?

If you are a HR, benefits, reward and wellbeing practitioner with strategic and purchasing responsibility in an organisation of 250+ UK-based staff, then you can register here.

If you are eligible for a complimentary place, you will need to enter your unique discount code on the last page of the registration process.

Where will I find my delegate badge?

Your E-Badge QR code for entry will be sent to you via email once you complete your registration. We will email it to you again one week and one day before the event. Additionally, you can find it by logging into your REBA account and checking your Future Forum 2022 registration under ‘My event bookings’.

When you present your personal QR code, your badge will be printed at the venue for you.

Will there be a lunch time buffet service?

This year we are offering a delicious buffet lunch service, with a wide variety of salads and hot options that will be served in bento-style boxes.

If you have special dietary requirements that you have informed us about in advance, please make yourself known to the catering staff so that they can assist you with sourcing the right food options.

How do I pick my preferred conference sessions?

Session bookings are now open! Delegates will select their preferred pick and mix sessions through their online account in advance of attending the event. You can view the full programme here or download the printable agenda to help you when selecting your sessions.

 If you are already registered for the event

1.) If you know your REBA account details, login here.

If you're already a REBA member or you have a reba.global account to book events, but can’t remember your details, reset your password and then login.

If you don’t have a web account with REBA yet, you’ll have to register first to be able to book your sessions - so follow the instructions on the right.

2.)  a.) Once you’re logged in, under your account, select ‘My event bookings’, then select the event and go to ‘My sessions’.

b.) Or go to the event’s page and select ‘View my booking’ and then click on ‘My sessions’.

3.) Click on the titles to find out more about each session. You have various options for the following sessions:

  • Breakout sessions: There are 3 time slots during the day (starting at 11:15, 12:15 & 14:20) and you'll need to select 1 option per time slot (Option 1, 2, 3 or Visit Exhibition).

  • Roundtable discussions: There's only 1 time slot (starting at 15:45) but you can choose from 7 discussion topics that you can join or Visit the Exhibition.

  • Remember to Visit the Exhibition in at least 1 time block to talk to exhibitors to see what's new!

4.) Tick the sessions you’d like to book and untick the ones you’d like to remove from your agenda. Once you’re finished, save your changes by clicking on the ‘Save/book sessions’ button.

5.) You can always go back to your personal agenda and make further changes at a later date by logging into your account first - you just need to go to 'My account', select ‘My event bookings’, then select the event and go to ‘My sessions’.

If you haven't registered yet for the event

1.) You'll need to register for the event first. REBA Future Forum is exclusively for senior professionals who work in-house, and are a decision-maker involved in the HR, reward and benefits strategy of their organisation.

2.) If you're already a REBA member or you have a reba.global account to book events, first you'll need to login after clicking on the Book now button. You can reset your password if you can't remember. If you're not a REBA member or don't have a web user account yet, click on the red 'Register' button, fill out a quick registration form and then you'll be able to book events.

3.) On the second page of the registration process, you can select your sessions (your promotional discount code will be applied on the last page of registration). Click on the titles to find out more about each session. You have various options for the following sessions:
