- Ensure at least one woman is included on job shortlists
- Use skills-based assessment (to test what they’re likely to do in a job)
- Use structured interviews for recruitment and promotion
- Encourage salary negotiation by being more transparent about salary ranges
It also urges firms to ‘de-bias systems’ as well as investigate running unconscious bias training and having diversity targets.
