  • Regardless of age, if employees had to forego a core benefit they would forego PMI first and Life insurance second.
  • Communication preferences and the definition of their 'dream employer' varied across the generations.
  • Flexible working was found to be important in today's workforce regardless of family circumstances.
  • The relative attractiveness of cycle to work, gym and retail vouchers is flat across the generations with just the odd 1-2% differences by generation.
