This first report asked more than 2,500 business leaders about how they see work transitioning from ‘human to hybrid’ – where digital and automation technologies start to dominate.
It finds considerable trepidation exists:
- 72% of business leaders say they see the transition to a hybrid workforce as the 'biggest challenge' they face
- 93% of leaders think they need to start proactively managing this shift in the next 12 months
- Nearly a third (31%) consider the move from human to hybrid as a threat
- 51% of employees said they would leave organisations that didn’t manage this transition properly
