Key findings
- 5% of employees say their employer has not provided any health and wellbeing support during the pandemic.
- Of those who have received support; 50% have access to mental health first aiders and 62% have access to 24/7 anonymous professional support, e.g. GP helpline or counselling service.
- 45% of employees described their feelings about the return to work negatively.
- Only 5% of employers have put in place extra employee support services for those returning to a more normal work pattern.
- 70% of employees agree that the seriousness with which their employer treats employee health and wellbeing is more important now compared with a year ago.
