In the second of its ‘Human to Hybrid’ report series, Capita interviewed more than 200 benefits and HR professionals; 500 business leaders and more than 2,000 employees to understand their views about digitisation and its likely impact on benefits.

It uncovered a range of interesting findings, including:

  • Some 87% of business leaders believe that to get the most out of a hybrid workforce, organisations need to rethink loyalty and build processes that allow for more fluid relationships
  • But… only 29% of benefits professionals say they’re happy with levels of engagement around technology-based benefits
  • A quarter (25%) of benefits professionals say outdated technology hampers them, with 38% claiming integration issues with other technologies doesn’t help either
