Research: Human to Hybrid – the digital opportunity
It uncovered a range of interesting findings, including:
- Some 87% of business leaders believe that to get the most out of a hybrid workforce, organisations need to rethink loyalty and build processes that allow for more fluid relationships
- But… only 29% of benefits professionals say they’re happy with levels of engagement around technology-based benefits
- A quarter (25%) of benefits professionals say outdated technology hampers them, with 38% claiming integration issues with other technologies doesn’t help either
