Research: LinkedIn's Top 25 Companies to Work For

LinkedIn Talent Insights has revealed its list of the top 25 UK companies Britons want to work for.

Topping the list was Amazon (which also owns Whole Foods, Audible, Zappos and others), but also included in the list were those increasingly known for their extensive employee benefits.

It ranks:

• GSK as 4^th – specifically citing its LGBT+ network, Spectrum, which was voted best employee network group in the UK by Stonewall in 2019
• BUPA as 5^th – noting its extensive career break opportunities, plus the fact the entire executive team of Bupa’s UK insurance arm are qualified as mental health first-aiders
• Barclays Financial Services at 7^th – highlighting its ‘Dynamic Working’ programme that encourages work flexibility. So far 57% of global employees report working dynamically
