Research: UK Pay Experience Report
The report, which explores what UK employees really think about their compensation and payroll experiences, finds a sizeable 42% of workers describe themselves as feeling ‘moderately’, ‘very’ or ‘extremely stressed’ about pay and money issues on a regular basis.
In addition to this, is also finds significant transparency and fairness concerns exist. The report reveals only 26% of workers admit they are completely satisfied when it comes to transparency of information about their pay, while just 31% of employees strongly agree to being paid fairly based on industry standards.
It also finds:
- Only 19% of workers say they are completely satisfied with their compensation
- Just 34% believe their employer does not care about their financial wellbeing
- Only 18% believe their employer cares ‘very much’ about their financial wellbeing
