The REBA Employee Wellbeing Awards 2019: And the winners are...

REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards 2019 winners were revealed last night at our glamorous ceremony at BAFTA, London. Reward and HR professionals celebrated the very best in workplace wellbeing practice across 16 categories.

Now in their second year, the Employee Wellbeing Awards have grown to include new categories for employers making their first steps to support employee wellbeing and to recognise the strides that many employers are taking to drive improvement in the wellbeing of their workforces.

We continued to celebrate the great work around the core pillars of wellbeing - physical, mental, financial, as well as the emerging importance of social wellbeing - as well as the joined-up thinking that employers are implementing around total strategy.

Before the presentations, delegates spent an afternoon networking with Awards judges and joined in roundtable debates on the latest thinking and strategies in workplace wellbeing. Then, everyone made their way to BAFTA to find out which of our 170-plus entrants had triumphed on the night.

Presented by journalist and Strictly Come Dancing star Kate Silverton, the winners celebrated on stage and at a drinks reception afterwards.

Our REBA Vanguard Award winner Dr Shaun Davis tweeted: “What an amazing event. Congratulations to all entrants and winners alike.  Personally I am thrilled to have been awarded the Vanguard Award. Shocked! Delighted! Honoured! The fact that I was nominated and recognised in this way makes it all the more cherished.”
