Technology Change is Business Change is the third report in REBA’s Transforming Engagement series, together with Mercer Marsh Benefits, and shows how businesses are transitioning to a future that sees humans and technology increasingly working side-by-side.

Organisations are focused on embracing change and evolving their businesses through digitisation, technology and data analytics.  To do that in the most sustainable and effective way, they must acquire new, high-demand skills and look after their people once they have acquired those skills.

Businesses must keep up with the exponential changes brought on by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.  To support that, HR must embrace new developments in technology, data, and science to maximise their ability to attract and engage the best human talent.

Processes and systems alone won’t be the winning factor for organisations – it’s people who execute and apply them to gain competitive advantage. That means a firm’s digital strategy and people strategy have to be aligned.

This report explores how businesses are addressing business change and reinventing their HR, reward and benefits and talent attraction processes to keep pace.
