New Reward & Employee Benefits Association launches. Join FREE today!

A new membership organisation, the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) launched this month.Reward and employee benefits directors from leading companies such as Capital One, Thales, Cisco, Sky and TUI Travel have already signed up as members on the reba.global website.

Membership is free for HR, reward and benefits professionals, simply sign up the REBA’s weekly email, REBA Express.

This is the UK's first dedicated professional association for those involved in reward and employee benefits – either within an HR role, or as a benefits or reward specialist.

Debi O’Donovan, founder of REBA said: “After talking to many people across the reward and employee benefits market in early 2015, it became clear that there was a need for a member-led association.

“I am building the REBA based on what reward professionals say they want and so far I have received loads of ideas, sowatch this space.”

Associate members which are supporting the launch of REBA include: Aon, Barnett Waddingham, Capita, Close Brothers, Mattioli Woods, Metlife, Nudge, Personal Group, Scottish Widow, Towers Watson, Tusker and Unum.

REBA’s aims are simple: To help the market to connect and share, to provide really useful information and to provide help and support.
