The Global Employee Benefits Watch Report 2016/17, from Thomsons Online Benefits, reveals that market leading organisations are starting to demonstrate tangible value from their benefits spend. However many others are struggling to keep up. 

Key findings: 

• Benefits spend is in the $10 millions for most multinational organisations
• Only 12% of employers can demonstrate a return on investment
• 33% of employees feel their benefits program isn't meeting their needs.
