You at Work announces new partnership with Moorepay
You at Work has become the power behind Moorepay’s new employee benefits offering for its small-and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers. Moorepay, the market leaders making payroll and HR easy for UK businesses, has more than 10,000 customers and is constantly looking to innovate their solutions for new and existing customers.
Moorepay has a clear vision ‘to improve employee experience and wellbeing’, with this new employee benefits solution central to its success. Employers can choose a mix of benefits that are right for their employees and that have been specifically tailored for the SME market. The employee benefits on offer include: more than 6,000 online discounts, access to an employee assistance programme and access to Lifeskills, a place where employees can get support on many topics relating to finance and many more.
Customers who take up the employee benefits will also get the power of You at Work’s software, which comes with a full suite of administration, communication and reporting tools. Plus, seamless integration with the Moorepay payroll solution means that employers won’t need to input duplicate employee data.
Malcolm Aldis, Chairman of You at Work, says: “We are delighted to be partnering with Moorepay, who are a leading supplier of payroll and HR, in helping them support their SME customer base. For too long smaller employers have believed that having a full-service employee benefits proposition was only for the larger corporations. Well, now they can play on a level playing field and offer their employees a range of tools to keep them engaged and happy.”
Alistair Blaxill, CEO of Moorepay, says: “We are excited about this new partnership with You at Work. The overall employee experience has become critical to attracting and retaining talent in an increasingly competitive market – these are key challenges facing our customers, and the 1m+ SMEs we exist to support. Today, being an ethical employer is a smart business decision, and You at Work’s solution enhances our efforts to make this easy for UK small-to-medium sized businesses."
