In today's rapidly changing corporate landscape with global demographic shifts, evolving employee expectations, shifting DEI objectives and sustainability goals posing significant challenges, having a robust multinational benefits strategy is more important than ever before. Therefore, it is vital that HR, reward and benefits professionals understand what a robust strategy looks like and what steps are needed to get there.
Building on REBA’s recent multinational benefits research, in partnership with Howden Employee Benefits, this webinar will explore employee benefits strategies and provide insights on how employers can develop their strategies.
The panel will discuss what is coming down the line in terms of benefit trends, how employers can future-proof their strategy and how data and technology can be leveraged to take benefits strategies to the next level.
Key issues to be explored:
• Crafting a multinational strategy from laying the foundations through to using data and technology to elevate it.
• Which emerging trends are impacting the evolution of multinational benefits.
• Navigating data sources to drive insightful strategies and informed decision-making.
• Aligning robust governance with local regulations and employee expectations.
