Building the right mindset, capability and culture to embrace tech and AI and drive change and innovation

REBA Congress Workshop

This invitation-only workshop, in partnership with Gallagher, is exclusively designed for senior reward and benefit professionals.

Key discussion points:

  • The role leaders play in embracing technology: how leaders can motivate employees to experiment with new technologies and share their knowledge with colleagues, to enhance collaboration and innovation
  • Emerging technologies and skills: explore how emerging technologies like AI influence the demand for skills and strategies to develop these skills at all levels of the organisation, from the board and senior leaders to front-line employees
  • Embracing new ways of working: helping employees embrace change and integrate technologies into their daily routine
  • Aligning reward, benefits and experience to drive adoption: using reward, recognition and employee experience to reinforce new behaviours, support upskilling and ensure confident and sustained engagement with AI-enabled ways of working

AI is accelerating change but technology alone won’t deliver value without leaders who can navigate uncertainty, shift mindsets and embed new ways of working. This workshop explores the role reward and benefits leaders can play in supporting the development of leadership capability, resilience and cultural readiness and ensure their organisations not only adopt AI, but use it to drive performance, innovation and a better employee experience.
