From fragmented benefits to connected care: leveraging AI and digital tools to deliver meaningful global women’s and family health support

REBA Congress Workshop

This invitation-only workshop is exclusively designed for senior reward and benefit professionals in large organisations with a headcount of 10,000+ employees. Partnered with Maven.

Participants will:

  • Gain insights into the latest global trends and regional pain points in women’s and family health, and what they mean for your employee health and benefits strategy
  • Understand how employees are already using AI for health decisions and how to embed AI-enabled tools within clinically guided, trusted care models
  • Learn how integrated clinical support and care navigation improve access, reduce delays, and ensure employees get the right care at the right time
  • Compare approaches to financial support across regions, including key regulatory considerations, to help preserve equity for global employees
  • Identify metrics that matter - linking health benefits data to talent outcomes and building a narrative for leadership that ties inclusive health to business performance

As global family-building norms, access, and regulations continue to shift, benefit leaders are under pressure to deliver inclusive women’s and family health support that deliver outcomes while managing rising healthcare costs.

Drawing on the latest global trends data from Maven’s State of Women’s and Family Health Benefits report and real-world employer insights, this workshop will explore how a connected care model - one that combines timely access to clinical expertise, personalised navigation, and AI-enabled tools - can help close access gaps, improve health outcomes and safeguard productivity and retention.
