It finds that talent-related priorities have continued to top the list of common focus areas for multinational employers. Talent acquisition is not only a common priority but also one of the most challenging areas for employers to address.
Employers globally reported experiencing stable turnover rates, but lower job acceptance offers compared to previous years. The implementation of new technologies is another common priority.
