Thought Leaders: Professor Lynda Gratton on the implications of wellbeing on wider strategies
Gratton argues that wellbeing sits at the heart of everything employers do and this has three main implications for wider strategies.
“Number one is the design of work itself. How do we design work so that it enables people to stay healthy?,” asks Gratton.
“Number two, what do we do with the boss? How do we help the boss realise that, actually, often people get ill because of their relationship with their boss.
“Thirdly, how do we build the physical context so that it makes us feel healthy?”
Lynda Gratton will be speaking on transformation, resilience and survival at the Third Annual Employee Wellbeing Congress on 5 July 2018.
