The Digital Countdown to Retirement online learning platform is designed to help employers help their employees to better prepare for retirement, as well as allow businesses to better cope with an aging workforce, he said.

The tool offered extra benefits because of its broad access, he said. “We all know face to face works well but it’s not always possible. It’s about how do you reach your people without blowing your budget. Digital gives you the reach that allows employees to access when it suits them,” he said.

Bunt outlined what he said were a number of key differentiators with the product, including being able to personalise the tool; allow visualisation of an individual’s timeline to retirement and the ability to create a retirement document that has all the key information an employee needs when getting financial advice.

“We can help you help your people by building a personalised picture of the life they want to live in retirement,” said Bunt.

This video was recorded at the REBA Innovation Day 2016.
