The vast majority (90%) of respondents to REBA and Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing’s research into physical wellbeing said they believe physical wellbeing belongs on the HR agenda, and 90% said if we don’t address it we believe it materially impacts the performance of our business.
“We need to put money in the hands of our people to help them materially engage with their wellbeing,” said Gregson. “We don’t want to dictate to the employee what their wellbeing journey looks like. We just need to incentivise them with cash to go on that journey.”
