We give our people, and their whole family, a free babylon subscription so they can get things checked out if they’re not feeling well. They also get Bupa health insurance and life insurance, to make sure that they’re covered at every corner. A healthy team = a happy team.

We want all of our employees to feel like they truly are a part of the company, so babylon’s salary package includes a share scheme. Financial security is important to our people. We offer a pension scheme to make sure they can enjoy every day knowing that the future is taken care of.

Breakfast’s on us

babylon operates a free fridge policy with breakfast, snacks and unlimited fruit throughout the working week. We also encourage our team to choose the cycle to work scheme; transforming the commute from something you dread into something you look forward to. When in the office, you can choose your own equipment and chair to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the day.

Money for big ideas

If somebody has an idea, we want to hear it. We’ve got an R&D budget to fund innovation projects. At babylon, teams are encouraged to share ideas and get stuck into bold projects. We hold lunch and learn sessions to inspire our people to do big things.

Yoga and five-a-side

There’s something for everybody at babylon. We put on a free yoga class every week, and everyone is welcome to join in. We also have five-a-side football for those who fancy a kick around after work. If the great outdoors isn’t for you, you can take part in our table tennis or video game tournaments. 

Monthly socials

Downtime is the magic ingredient for productivity, and good teamwork is built on great relationships. The babylon bar hosts our infamous monthly social gatherings, where babylonians can get to know each other, whether they’re a data scientist, developer, doctor or in customer service.
