This report from 3R Strategy considers the latest salary trends and data insights into global salary levels as well as the UK. 

Key findings: 

  • More than half of the organisations surveyed have salary ranges. However, less than a quarter of these companies publish their salary ranges for employees to see. 
  • Most of the organisations surveyed have a performance management process in place. However, there is an even split between those that use performance ratings as part of this process, and those that don’t.
  • 60% of the companies surveyed link pay to performance.
