The new report, Personal insurance benefits (January 2026), shows how many employers are offering personal insurance benefits, including personal accident insurance, home and/or house insurance, travel insurance, pet insurance and personal car insurance and identity theft protection.

The report highlights which of the six personal insurance benefits are currently employer-funded and which are not offered as either employer or employee-paid benefits.

The report provides employers with valuable insights into how these benefits are evolving across sectors.

The online quantitative survey was carried out from December 2025 to January 2026 among REBA Acumen subscribers – a closed knowledge exchange of senior reward and benefits leaders from more than 550 employers.

The results are available in a data-rich report for REBA Acumen subscribers, which includes senior reward and benefits professionals from organisations such as Auto Trader, Baillie Gifford, Deloitte, Fieldfisher, Ocado, Sanofi and Warner Music.
