Video: Author Dan Lyons outlines what organisations can do to support employees with wellbeing

Dan Lyons, author of Lab Rats: How Silicon Valley Make Work Miserable For The Rest Of Us, offers his insight into wellbeing and how it can be effectively implemented in an organisation.

“Wellbeing is where everything else begins – wellbeing is your culture,” explains Lyons.

He believes that one of the first things organisations can do to improve wellbeing is to “rebuild trust with workers to let them know that you really are serious about wellbeing”.

Line managers are also central to any wellbeing initiative, along with business leaders who must be committed to having good wellbeing in their organisation.

Watch Dan Lyon's full session on the realities of a good place to work.
