As soon as you start looking at using new technologies inside business then everything else changes as well, says Jon Ingham, author of The Social Organization and a people strategist focused on digital HR and the future of work.

For Ingham, making changes to technology isn’t just about one area – it’s about changes to the workforce and the changes in the organisation.
