Help to make the world fairer through your reward and wellbeing strategies

In 2018 the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) was invited to become an Ally of Council for Inclusive Capitalism, which encourages CEOs and global leaders to take action to make the world fairer, more inclusive and sustainable.

At that point, REBA could already see the strong link between the aims of the Council to responsible reward for CEOs, pension investment choices and employee wellbeing – all key areas of responsibility for reward and benefits professionals.

Now The Council for Inclusive Capitalism with The Vatican has been launched. Speaking to the Council’s governing body of Guardians, Pope Francis said, “An economic system that is fair, trustworthy, and capable of addressing the most profound challenges facing humanity and our planet is urgently needed.

“You have taken up the challenge by seeking ways to make capitalism become a more inclusive instrument for integral human wellbeing.” 

Inspired by the moral imperative of all faiths, the Council is now inviting leaders of companies and organisations of all sizes to join this movement to take action to build a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable economic system.
