If pension salary sacrifice was capped to £2,000, how would your organisation react?

Take part in REBA’s snap poll to directly lobby government about potential changes to pension salary sacrifice arrangements.

With strong rumours that a £2,000 cap on pensions salary sacrifice will be announced in the Autumn Budget on 26 November, it is time to gain robust data evidence from all employers to help inform future policy affecting workplace pensions.

The Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) and the Association of British Insurers (ABI) have partnered to gauge what impact, if any, this £2,000 cap could have.

While removing this current relief would raise money for the Treasury, it could have unforeseen consequences for workplace pensions savings.

This is a strictly apolitical survey. We want honest robust evidence-based data that REBA and the ABI can use to feed into Treasury thinking ahead of the Budget.

Complete survey.

Good to know:
•    Your privacy is our priority: all answers are strictly confidential and unattributed.
•    It's quick to fill in: the survey should take about 3 minutes to complete.
•    Progress is saved - return later using the same browser and device.
•    Your data remains safe to REBA and will not be shared with any Third Party.
•    Make sure you complete the survey through to the final ‘submit’ button to receive the results of this quick survey.

The more responses we get to this survey the more the Treasury and the Chancellor will take note. So please share this link with peers responsible for pensions and/or employer NICs at other employers too.
