Professor Lynda Gratton: the wellbeing legislation I'd like to introduce

Lynda Gratton, professor of management practice at London Business School, says that if she could introduce one piece of benefits legislation it would be focused on shared parental leave. 

"Flexibility is crucial for wellbeing," she says. "The government could do more to support businesses and individuals."
