Neyber's financial wellbeing research shows how Britain's workforce could do with some help to build its financial capability and resilience.

DNA of financial wellbeing 1

Key findings:

  • A quarter of those surveyed have an income that fluctuates by more than 10% each month, making it a challenge to manage day-to-day finances.
  • 35% of those surveyed say that Britain's decision to leave the EU affects how they feel about their financial situation.
  • More than half of employees admitted to being mentally and physically affected by financial worries.
  • 82% of employers believe that employee financial health is important to their organisation.

This study builds on last year's report and looks to continue the themes of how people feel about their financial situation and how their situation differs depending on age and gender. This year's report looks at financial wellness from the perspective of 500 employers and 10,000 employees.
