Video: Amanda Diston, Cisco: how we keep employees emotionally well in an always-on culture

Amanda Diston, Director Total Rewards APJC and EMEAR at Cisco explains the importance of helping employees to be emotionally well in an always-on culture. 

Speaking at REBA's Wellbeing Breakfast Forum, in association with JLT, she said "We are very conscious about the programmes we implement and how they will affect the culture of our orgnaisation.  We have an always-on culture and wellbeing plays an enormous part in how we keep our employees well and productive in their everyday lives."

"It's not just about the right diet or doing some exercise, it's about how we fell emotionally well, how we connect with our colleagues and families."
