The largest bank in Italy has a global footprint. It has sought to create a consistent wellbeing strategy across all its subsidiaries, that is linked with diversity, equality and inclusion and establishes a “one company” employee experience when it comes treatment for serious medical conditions.
“We wanted to create something that would relieve the stress from our employees in this particular situation. We wanted to create something that could motivate and would also retain them,” Grasso says.
