Video tutorial: Who moved my wellbeing strategy: act now to meet your employees' changing needs

Society, the world of work, the NHS and our views about the environment, sustainability and equality, have all changed dramatically in the last few years. Wellbeing has changed too, according to Justine Woolf, director of consulting at Innecto Reward Consulting.

In reappraising wellbeing organisations since the pandemic, we should make sure that we don’t view initiatives as a strategy. “A strategy is a long-term plan of action that uses resource to reach your wellbeing ambitions,” she said. “If you want to win in the evolving landscape of work you need to think differently,” she said.
