REBA Acumen is REBA’s research-based, strategic benchmarking data and insight service.  The digital content for this is hosted behind a paywall on our website reba.global.  It is a vendor-free and recruiter-free environment.

The below terms are specific to your REBA Acumen subscription.  By subscribing you also agree to be bound by reba.global’s main Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Please read these carefully before subscribing.  We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Accessing and using REBA Acumen

You need to create an account on our website and have an active REBA Acumen subscription to gain access to the benefits of REBA Acumen.  A REBA Acumen subscription offers additional benefits not included with REBA Professional Membership or website registration.   

Eligibility

You confirm that you are authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of a business entity and that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Additional eligibility requirements: REBA Acumen is exclusively for the use of HR, reward and benefits professionals that do not supply paid-for products or services to the benefits, reward or HR community.

Your subscription application will be screened to ensure your eligibility prior to activation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your subscription if your role does not fit these criteria or if your role changes.

REBA Acumen subscription benefits

REBA Acumen benefits may be updated from time to time. View up-to-date information regarding membership tiers, pricing and subscription benefits here.

Participation

REBA Acumen subscribers must actively participate in surveys to continue to receive benefits. This is defined as taking part in at least 50% of the REBA Acumen surveys.

Fees and Payment

Subscriptions are available on either a one- or three-year basis. View current fees. You can opt to be invoiced, or you can pay by credit card (via Stripe). Invoices must be paid within 30 days. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You will be invoiced 30 days before your current subscription expires. 

Renewal

When your subscription is due for renewal REBA will be in touch to remind you of this and allow you to renew or cancel your subscription. There is a grace period of 30 days at the end of your active subscription period during which your subscription will be in lapsed status. Your subscription benefits will still be active during this time, but will expire on the 31st day.

Cancellation, refunds and subscription transfer

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination. Subscriptions can be transferred to another eligible individual within your organisation upon request. The new subscriber will be bound by the same terms and expiry date as the original subscriber. REBA Acumen only applies to the subscribers’ own employer organisation (as it applies at the time of joining) and is not transferrable to a new employer.

Sharing a subscription with colleagues

Your subscription is individual to you. Sharing of login credentials (your password) is strictly prohibited to protect your privacy. If you would like us to provide access to a colleague working on the same project or within the same functional unit of your direct team, please contact us to arrange access.  

We may suspend, withdraw or discontinue your REBA Acumen access with immediate effect if you allow your login details to be used by unauthorised persons within your organisation or by suppliers, vendors or competitors.

Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may use insight gained from REBA Acumen internally within your organisation.  Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

Materials must not be shared with suppliers, vendors, or competitors.

You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes.

You must not conduct data mining on, apply machine learning tools or models to, or train machine learning tools or models or any other artificial intelligence technology on REBA Acumen or reba.global content.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your subscription will be cancelled immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under UK law, REBA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from use of our services.

  • REBA Acumen Pilot subscriber: Terms and Conditions

Definitions

1. REBA Acumen

REBA Acumen is REBA’s research-based, strategic benchmarking and insight service. The digital content for this is hosted behind a paywall on our website reba.global. It is a vendor-free and recruiter-free environment. View benefits of REBA Acumen.

2. REBA Acumen Pilot subscriber

A REBA Acumen Pilot subscriber (or Pilot member) is an individual who has either:

a) submitted an online form selecting the “I would like to join REBA Acumen with the alternative subscription option: i.e. Free pilot of Standard subscription until 31 Dec 2025 (Thereafter standard rates apply)”

b) Taken part in a REBA Acumen survey during the Pilot phase.

3. REBA Acumen Pilot phase

The REBA Acumen Pilot phase is a period during which REBA is offering a free no-obligation trial of this business insight service. The Pilot phase will end on 31 December 2025.

4. Sign-up period for the REBA Acumen Pilot phase

The sign-up period for the Pilot phase is limited to 1 May to 30 June 2025. The sign-up period will close early if high participation levels create a robust data pool before 30 June 2025. Thereafter the paid subscription options will apply.

Terms and conditions

  1. All acceptances of REBA Acumen Pilot subscribers are at the discretion of REBA Group Ltd.
  1. Access: REBA Acumen subscribers and REBA Acumen Pilot subscribers will receive exclusive access to the REBA Acumen research reports. These data insights will not be available to the wider REBA Membership community.
    a) Access is through an individual login. Your login is not transferrable to colleagues (or additional logins, please apply [email protected])
    b) REBA Acumen data reports can only be shared within REBA Acumen Pilot and REBA Acumen subscribers’ own employer organisation (as it applies at time of joining) and is not transferrable to a new employer
  1. Renewal: the REBA Acumen Pilot phase ends on 31 December 2025. From 1 January 2026, REBA Acumen Pilot subscribers will be invited to renew on a paid subscription.
  1. Participation: REBA Acumen subscribers must actively participate in surveys to continue to receive subscription benefits. This is defined as taking part in at least 50% of the REBA Acumen surveys.
  1. Upgrade: REBA Acumen Pilot subscribers can upgrade to the full REBA Acumen subscription at any point during the pilot phase in order to access additional paid for benefits. View details of pricing.
  1. Data policy: REBA is committed to protecting REBA Acumen Pilot subscriber privacy and ensuring that survey responses remain confidential and unattributed.
    a) Individual survey responses will not be shared outside of REBA.
    b) All survey responses will be anonymised and aggregated with those of other participants, ensuring individual responses cannot be attributed.
  2. Transferring pilot membership
    REBA Acumen pilot membership is granted to the organisation you represent at the time of joining and is not transferable to another employer. If you change organisations, you must notify us promptly.
    a) If the pilot window is still open, you may be eligible to rejoin the pilot under your new employer, subject to approval.
    b) If the pilot window has closed, continued access will require enrolment under a paid subscription associated with your new organisation.
  3. Cancellation: to withdraw from the REBA Acumen Pilot please email [email protected]. There will be no charge, and access to the surveys, reports and (forthcoming) AI tool will be withdrawn.
