Over the past four years, REBA private breakfast events have gone from strength to strength. They offer the unique opportunity for top reward & benefits directors across many different sectors to come together and take part in facilitated high-level discussions around key business themes. 

Private Breakfast - Strengthening the effectiveness of your gender-specific benefits strategies to support a gender-inclusive culture

At our next private Chatham-style breakfast discussion, REBA will invite senior reward and benefits directors to share how they are building an inclusive culture is an ongoing project, with societal trends and workforce needs constantly moving. As focus has grown on women’s wellbeing, the opportunities to support inclusivity across all genders has increased, with employers reviewing a broad range of benefits for all.

Taking place at the Beaumont Hotel, London on 27th April 2023 9:30-11:30am. 

We will debate and discuss new ideas on
  • How changing workforce demographics (age, gender, socio-economic) are causing employers to review their wellbeing benefits and health insurances offerings to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusivity (DEI).
  • Different objectives that are being set to increase gender DEI, and why they vary between employers.
  • How employers are sourcing data and measuring the effectiveness of gender-inclusive strategies and benefits that support DEI objectives.
  • Life events (e.g. parenthood, menopause etc) that can exacerbate inequality and exclusion if not addressed via wellbeing strategies.
  • The knock-on effect of gender wellbeing and health gaps on wealth gaps (pay and pensions)
  • Benefits strategies and offerings to move the dial more to promote inclusion
  • Unexpected quick wins that smooth the way to greater gender inclusion at work
  • How to best communicate with local and cultural nuances considerations gender specific benefit plans

This invitation-only event, chaired by REBA co-founder and director, Debi O’Donovan, is the second of REBA's 2023 schedule. Our private events offer dedicated time for knowledge and insight sharing through the discussion group, as well as a great place to network within your association.
