Empowering reward and benefit leaders for 2026 and beyond
As a Reward and Benefits leader, it's vital to understand the impact of megatrends such as climate change, tech disruption, and demographic shifts on business and workforce transformation. This knowledge will enable impactful board interactions and align your function with organisational success.
Having an opportunity to focus in on current challenges such as pay transparency, reskilling, people risk, and the impact of AI and ESG on benefits is paramount too.
That’s why you should join us at the REBA Future Forum in London on 20 November 2025, as we fuse inspirational thought leadership with practical solutions - all across one compelling in-person experience.
Join fellow reward & benefits leaders at REBA's annual strategic planning conference and exhibition
This year’s REBA Future Forum, taking place on 20 November at the stunning Sancroft venue, will examine the most pressing issues and emerging trends that will shape the workplace, and define reward and employee benefits needs in 2026 and beyond. Visit the agenda tab to find out more about the topics we will explore together.
The event is a must for any senior reward and benefits professionals seeking to create robust, forward-looking strategies to underpin thriving organisations. Filled with outstanding speaker content, lively debates, candid discussion groups, and expert-led masterclasses, it is the perfect forum to assess the future landscape and understand what it means for your business and employees.
During his keynote address, Tim Harford, Financial Times’ Undercover Economist and BBC Radio 4 More or Less Presenter shared many words of wisdom and he explained that stats can be manipulated but stats can also tell people what’s true.
“We should take statistics seriously, and we need to be careful not to fall into the trap of always falling into debunking mode,” he said. To do that, rewards and benefits professionals need to think clearly about data, “to tell the difference between truth and lies”, and ultimately make better decisions.
Bringing a little bit of celebrity sparkle to the event, renowned adventurer, BBC TV Presenter and New York Times bestselling author, Simon Reeve, closed the day with an entertaining and inspiring talk about his life, some of his countless adventures.
Talking to REBA's Debi O'Donovan for a brief Q&A afterwards, he explored resilience and mental health too. He told the audience that we need a bit of "wild in our lives" to "combat the beige and the boring" and he finished by telling us to enjoy "more green time, less screen time"!
An essential part of the day is getting to speak to the people in the know. In addition to meeting your peers through the extensive networking opportunities, you can explore the comprehensive exhibition filled with established market leaders demonstrating new services, and exciting fresh innovators providing solutions for future challenges.
Being part of the REBA community has truly been a game-changer, allowing me to tap into diverse perspectives spanning the entire benefits market and glean insights from a myriad of industries.
