CEO, Euphoric
I’m Max Landry, Co-founder and CEO of Euphoric, an AI-first benefits platform built to make employee benefits actually work for everyone.
Before Euphoric, I was Co-founder and Co-CEO of Peppy, where we worked with over 200 world-class employers to deliver personalised health benefits through a combination of human-led support and AI-powered tech. That experience sparked a big question: what if the same loving care and real clarity could be applied to all employee benefits — and supercharged by AI?
Euphoric is the answer. We’ve built a smart, intuitive benefits experience that’s actually joyful to use. It’s designed to make benefits simple and genuinely useful — for employees navigating their options, and for employers trying to understand what’s working and where to focus next, at both a local and global level.
I currently live in New York. I’m genuinely excited about what AI can do for work, health and beyond — and I try not to sound too evangelical about it (no promises).
