Paying subscribers have access to the full suite of services including:

  • A series of concise reports based on fast turnaround surveys amongst the acumen group.  Topics and questions are driven by you and the Acumen group. Featuring ‘lift and shift’ graphs and data points for your own slide decks and internal planning.
  • Smart data interrogation: Access to Ask Acumen, our AI-powered tool, to query aggregated survey data and REBA’s wider resources for your own bespoke information needs.
  • Supplier intelligence: A trusted shortlist of quality providers to support your selection or RFP process.
  • Access to an account handler
  • Data cuts by industry sector and size of organisation
  • Personal introductions to other subscribers facing the same challenges and invitations to small group virtual meetings for deeper conversational exchange.

What will I get in a report?

The format of the reports will be short-form with easily accessible data, lift and shift graphs and brief insights. However, the approach may vary depending on the information required by the group. There will be 3 main types of report:

  1. Data and insight surveys for complex topics
  2. Specific data points
  3. Case study led reports with focus on the ‘how’ rather than ‘what’

How many surveys am I expected to complete?

To retain your subscription, we ask that you complete at least 50% of surveys we conduct. We expect to run 10–12 surveys in the pilot scheme to Dec 25. The number of surveys and reports are expected to grow and develop in specificity.

How long does each survey take?

Survey length varies depending on the topic, but most will take between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. We keep them as concise as possible while ensuring they gather the level of detail needed to produce valuable insights.

How do I access REBA Acumen reports?

Only REBA Acumen subscribers have access to REBA Acumen reports. When each new report is published, you’ll receive an email with a direct access link. Reports are hosted behind a secure login - you’ll receive your login details when you subscribe (all subscription options including pilot).

How can I contact the concierge?

REBA Acumen paying subscribers can contact one of our account handlers for dedicated support and tailored data analysis. See contact details towards the end of this page, or email [email protected] and your email will be redirected asap.

Can more than one person in my team access REBA Acumen?

REBA Acumen is primarily an individual subscription. However, in some cases we may provide additional logins for team members - for example, when a survey covers a specialist area of benefits relevant to their role. This is managed on a case-by-case basis.

As a subscriber, can I share the data with anyone?

REBA Acumen is designed to help you in your role, to support your planning, strategy and decision making. You can use data and graphs from the reports and AI generated answers in your internal reporting but you may not share outside of your organisation.

Will AI see my individual survey responses?

No. All survey responses are analysed by the REBA team, not by AI. Your responses are completely confidential, anonymised, and aggregated with those of other participants. Only the final, fully anonymised datasets are made available through our AI-enabled search tool, ensuring your individual data remains private and unidentifiable. You can see our privacy policy here.

Is REBA using AI to produce the reports?

No, our reports are produced by people, not machines. The REBA team analyses the survey results and writes the reports to ensure they’re accurate, insightful, and professionally relevant. AI is only used after the report is complete, helping subscribers navigate the findings and extract insights tailored to their needs.

Is REBA Acumen for UK or multinational employers?

REBA Acumen subscribers are predominantly UK based reward and benefit professionals with the majority (70%) having international responsibility. Given the large number of subscribers with international remits there will be demand for international information and a cohort with responsibility to share data and experience.
