Consultation: The draft Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

This consultation seeks views on proposed changes to employer debt legislation for employers in non-segregated defined benefit (DB) multi-employer pension schemes. It is being undertaken in response to a Call for Evidence that looked at the employer debt regime for employers in non-associated DB multi-employer pension schemes.

This consultation is mainly aimed at those administering and managing DB multi-employer occupational pension schemes.
