Aon report: The 2025 Global Pay Transparency Study

This research assesses the readiness of organisations around the world in addressing local and global pay transparency.

More than 1,400 HR and rewards professionals have given feedback on how they are approaching and progressing towards achieving pay transparency and pay equity.

It identifies the critical factors driving a stronger focus on pay transparency and equity issues, and understands how organisations are communicating salary ranges when recruiting for open positions. It also recognises the importance of a robust and analytical job evaluation methodology.
