Digital tools are an essential conduit between workplace prevention and clinical care
REBA’s Health and Wellbeing Research 2026, together with AXA Health, highlights how leading employers are developing their health strategies using digital tools to move towards integrated health journeys.
The research findings show that digital services play a crucial role in the success of benefits integration and serve as an essential conduit between workplace prevention and clinical care.
Almost three-fifths (58%) of employers (with some level of benefits integration) report that digital health services are ‘very important’ in enabling integrated health services. No respondents reported that they are ‘not important.’ More than four out of five (83%) say it’s very important to integrate benefits that support employees’ whole health journey.
The research was conducted as an online quantitative survey between November 2025 and January 2026 among REBA’s membership community and wider database of HR professionals. It had 236 respondents, representing 1.4 million employees.
It contains insights from a broad range of company sizes and industry sectors, including Accenture, Moody’s, Ofcom, Travers Smith and Warner Music Group.
